Rosendin to Invest $14 Million and Create 250 Jobs
Rosendin, the largest employee-owned electrical contractor in the U.S., has signed a lease at Lakeridge Logistics Center in Hanover County for a 124,000-square-foot facility. The company plans to upfit the building at 10383 Lakeridge Parkway to accommodate Phase I employment of 250 over the next 3-5 years. Rosendin also anticipates to build strong partnerships within the community, including collaborations with Hanover County Public Schools.
